I questioned one summer day a dog in a car at Kohl's. I waited only watching from a distance to see if it would go into distress. If so I would ask the store to page them. A fire inspector car drove by it looked official so I hollered to him. Turns out he used to be an animal control officer. He explained the dog was fine. I felt silly, thanked him sincerely. No action taken. I felt better. I hope that this whole article is read. I wish people would stop and think. Clearly before they take action they regret.
