If you had a foster he would not have gone to the shelter? I also thought that they don't euthanize. Is the worry he will be reactive because he's scared? I would like to know further requirements to foster. I feel though it's hard enough to adopt so long as I lm a caregiver living with my elderly mother. I want to feel a dog is safe at the shelter from situations that will call for beilng euthanized.
