What a precious little dog!!! Her happy dog face❤️❤️❤️

My dog was found stray and never claimed. She had been in the shelter for 4 mos when we adopted her. I cannot IMAGINE not missing her (I suspect she has a very sketchy background), or saying no to her sweet monster face at the shelter! Yes she’s huge and a “scary breed” but she’s completely devoted and a mush puddle!

I remember when it was first reported that she was seen by the river. Thank you so much for helping her!

Cheered me immensely to read this. Thank you. All your years of work really paid off. Amateurs like myself, without your understanding and experience, could end up pushing Poppy further into the wilderness and decrease her chances of getting out.

I recall the post. Poppy is lucky that your contact info is out there your reputation goes a long ways to help dogs like Poppy. So happy to hear she is having her best life. Poppy reminds me of Kaiya. I was driving backstreets of Clearview many years ago. A puppy I estimated at 9 weeks of age was walking down Broadway. Before we had technology. Signs up no one claimed him. I'm grateful to have had him his full life. Long story he was brain was wired different so consistency habits not changing we had the best life together. Poppy is a sweet reminder. Thank you!

Such a fantastic story Jim. I know they don’t always end this way, or the way Salmon’s did after searching night and day for 17 days, but it’s a wonderful feeling to get a win for the dogs.
